So, i have moderate acne.
Tried all there is to try and now looking at Light Therapy.
Blue and red light that kills the p.acne bacteria, what do you think? any experiences?
Any other suggestions? Thought about taking Vit B5 and Vit E?
Already taking Multivitamin with small doses of those in it and a probiotic daily.

My cousin who is now 22, had moderate acne, and she did chemical peel for her face. Her complexion is much better now. She still has pimple every now and then but it’s not a lot like in the past. You have to check with an experience dermatologist because not everyone is suitable for that treatment.
