Question by ★★★ smile: Could this be a sign of poor circulation or something else?
I am almost always cold. My feet always feel extremely cold and some times my hands do too. When everyone else is hot, I still feel cold. Help?
This has been happening for about a year now.

Always keep your top half bundled up, and your heart will think your organs are warm enough and send more blood flow to your extremeties.
